New house and apartment construction

The smart heating system

The flexible use of the heating coating in terms of positioning and the option of “painting on” different temperatures means that wall-floor or wall-ceiling combinations can be implemented very easily.

It is important to carry out the planning together with us before construction begins. We not only prepare detailed quotations, but also the electrical plans (empty pipework, electrical junction boxes, positioning of transformers) and draw the heating tracks in each room.

This is always done in consultation with the customer. We also delineate the upstream and downstream trades and advise the relevant tradespeople on the use of materials for reworking the heating coat. Many materials (adhesives, fillers, etc.) have been tested and approved by the companies themselves and by us.

Facts & Info

In new buildings, solid wood construction or timber frame construction are particularly suitable for this wall surface heating, as these natural building materials have a very good insulation value. In solid construction (hollow bricks), we recommend applying insulating plaster to the inside of the outer wall to prevent the heat from penetrating too deeply into the brickwork and thus shifting the dew point.

Consumption is very low in new builds, especially in wooden houses, and can also be intelligently controlled (setbacks, programming) and monitored via a smart home control system. Even in low-energy or passive houses, we install slightly more output than stated in the energy certificate in order to ensure very high reactivity (the heat is in the room in a very short time) and even heat distribution.

However, the higher output does not mean more consumption, but only significantly shorter running times, which significantly reduces consumption compared to under-dimensioning.
